Life Coaching with Little Wing

Many people go through life carrying limiting beliefs that hold them back from achieving what they want.  I certainly had my fair share!   These are things that other people have taught us.  It’s rarely intentional, but we take them on and live our lives by them.  How often do you hear people say "I’m useless at …", "I can’t do …", "I’m not clever enough", "I’m not confident enough" and so on.

Well the good news is that life coaching can change all that!   It certainly has changed my life!  Life coaching is a process that begins with setting a goal and clearing any limiting beliefs or other blockages that have been preventing you from achieving it.  Some challenging questions are needed to change the way you are thinking about the situation.  NLP techniques are often used to help the process of changing how you think about it.

It usually takes around 3 – 5 sessions to deal with each goal you have.

The coaching sessions will be confidential at all times and you will never be judged.

However, just like a sports coach, I can give you all of the techniques and support you need, but the rest of it is down to you to put the time, effort and commitment in to achieve the changes that you want.  As with everything, the more you put in the more you will get out of it.
